Position Overview: As an HR Consultant at ERS you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic HR consulting services to our diverse clientele. Leveraging your expertise in human resources management, you will collaborate with clients to address a wide range of HR challenges and opportunities. From developing HR policies and procedures to implementing performance management systems, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex HR issues with confidence and ease.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to assess their HR needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on a variety of HR matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and more.
• Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs on HR-related topics to enhance client capabilities and promote employee development.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure clients remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, leverage resources, and drive continuous improvement in HR consulting services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR solutions to clients.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in a variety of business contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
